Hi All, car only 3 days old but had flies n bird turd n stuff on already so gave it a clean and polish today , what do you think.

Be careful on a new car.

I used a glaze and wax on mine when new

I hardly dare tell you ChrisRs, i can see everybody sucking their teeth and "tut" "tuttuing" but i tested the gear on my sons R reg Fiesta before using it on my car and it left no swirl or scratch marks and in fact completely changed the whole appearance of the Fiesta.

I used "Greased Lightning" all in one no water necessary cleaner & polisher as advertised on "Ideal World" and am duly impressed. But i do know that the detailing pro's will not approve.

Found it extremely easy to use, although the car wasn't very dirty but it lifted the dirt off very well and buffed up very well , went over it very carefully afterwards and could not find any scratching or swirl marks.

As Baker 21 says there is a product for every market and this really is the easy way to keep your car clean and shiney. But in all defference to detailers every where no all in one product will ever give the depth of shine and gloss like finish of a well done detailing job.And probably will not give the water beading effect of a well waxed and polished job, although until it rains cannot completely confirm that
