Thinking of spraying my wheels black

Featured Replies

Hi,

The finish on the L&K alloys is a little, erm, individual to say the least. Shiny pimp wheels is how my wife referred to them!

Thinking of spraying them gloss black - what do you think? Too much with a black car? Don't want it to look like a KITT wannabe.....emoticon-0136-giggle.gif

Since they spend most of their time under a mountain of brake dust, they might as well be black!!!

thanks for that..Hmm.....might have a go now with the cheapo Wilko spray I already have. I can see what it would look like and then blast it off with the pressure washer if I don't like it!! If it's ok then I'll do it with some proper spray from Halfords and lacquer over the top.

Black wheels on black cars can look trick, have a look on the dynamics website, they do a lovely matt black finish, doesn't show the brake dust as much.
