Whats the price for a good tuning box are italian box seen them on ebay for about £70 any good and will they work ok with a DPF

Tuning boxes are deadly with a DPF. It'll be clogged up in no time at all. If you have a DPF you need a remap. All a tuning box can vary is the fueling which makes it smokey and smokey equals clogged DPF.

Hi All, I’ve tried everything I can and now turn to here for advice I have a 2009 Skoda fabia 5 door hatchback where the electric driver window doesn’t work - only front electric windows The situation is: The driver button doesn’t lower the window Driver button lowers passenger window ok Passenger button lowers passenger fine Window lowers and raises no problem when I insert the key in the driver door Found some broken wires in the door bellows - which I’ve now repaired. Hi, i now have a Kodiac IV hybrid as my company car, 5 weeks old and already 5500 miles, so getting lots of use. Couple of things i have concerns about. The brakes don't seem to be up to the job, i thought it might be because they were new and would bed in, but sometimes i really have to stand on the pedal to get it to stop, i doubt weather they are strong enough to bring any form of anti lock into operation, and secondly, several times now i haven't been able to refuel, the pump nozzle clicks o

Hi I would like some advice feedback. I just had my 3rd major service for my 2023 Skoda Octavia VRS and noticed that this time they used 0w-20 oil but the previous they used 0w-30w oil. According to my understanding the oil recommended for the tsi engine is 0w-20 to its thinner viscosity meeting emissions regulations and being better for the turbo engines under heavy loads than the 0w-30 which has a thicker viscosity. Thankfully i don't place much load on the engine, apart for loading the car f

Hello, we have an issue we can't seem to get on top of. We own a Fabia Combi Mk2 from late 2008 with a 1.4l petrol engine with a Tatarini LNG unit that's functional but we don't drive on LNG anymore. It's been ours for about 4.5 years now, an incredible car, drives silent and muuuch smoother than much newer cars like our companies' 2020 Dusters for example. We've gotten it close to 180k km on the clock, but I'd say even compared to less driven Skoda's from the 2000s it seems to be significantly

Hello all. Have taken my 2016 1.4 TSI in to local garage today for diagnostics after encountering some odd issues - all struck as me as potentially interrelated. Was manifesting as: driving along, aircon on - Console screen suddenly reads “Park Pilot is not available” for about a second or two. Aircon turns itself off (AC light out). Dash temperature display was not reading anything (dashed out). Tyre pressure monitoring system error pings up. All of this would then stop, aircon would be
