1) 1 x Aquamarine - A very old piece, un cut inch and a half long of Aquamarine Stone with a silver loop perfect to hang on a necklace: £25

2) 1 x Silver Ignot - 1oz on a silver chain. PM, Anchor, Lion, C, Queens Head. £150

3) 1 x Marcasite Brooch - Silver, set with 6 leaves and 6 fresh water pearls. (Picture to follow) £50

The markings on the ring say - EW 13CT 1201 and It's a Medium Q circum 57mm diam 18mm

It said 13CT on the ring. Unless I'm going crazy.... I will double check for you once I return home. Trying to source a new camera today to get a better picture.
