Thing is that you can theoretically add a ficticious driver! Because they'll never drive the car and hence, never stopped by plod/crash etc. The insurance company would never know (although this may be illegal but I dont see how)

All they asked me for was the date of birth, years NCB and how I knew her.

Obviously I gave my Mum's actual details but it seemed odd at the time that they diddnt ask for any more info.
