well ive read up on a few posts about them getting there roofs painted on the fabia vrs

im looking into the pro's and cons of having it painted or vinyl wrapped

ive had a quote for the vinyl wrap of £160 in a black gloss,will this last for a few years,and not scratch too easy when im washing it? + side you can take it off when selling the car-down side though is that ive got a stone chip near the windscreen so will it cover it ok?

painting will probably only cost me about £70

ill be keeping the car a few years anyway

any thoughts will be welcomed

Wrap it. That way you can take it off when the lads at work take the mick

Wrap it! make sure the fitters use a high grade longlife vinyl as the cheaper ones will shrink in UV rays and eventually peal up on the edges. Decent vinyl should last at least 4 years and so long as you treat it like your paintwork it wont scratch.
