Springs to Match Koni FSD's

Featured Replies

I'm going to get Koni FSD's for my FL Octavia VRS, question is what springs are the best match for them, Eibach, H & R, KW's or others? would welcome shared experience with any combination

I don't want coilovers, I've had 3 sets and regardless they are too firm for general use over high mileages

Eibachs seem to be the most popular choice with koni shocks.

i had koni sport springs on my fabia whith FSD shocks, and in my opinion the rear springs were far too hard... i know that doesn't really 100% apply to the octavia, but i've heard of lots of folks saying the same thing about the rears being far too hard on many different cars

cheers thas is very useful info, i'm thinking of going with eibach pro kit springs, seem to have a very good reputation when matched to the fsd's., i'm not really bothered about going really low, been there done that....

The Eibachs are so good with the FSD`s some companies sell them as a kit

So it has to be a good combination

but you Eibachs is what I would reccomend with them
