Was looking at the steering angle sensor thing today, traced the wires back but couldnt get under the resovior, couldnt get the guards off the bottom as didn't have my tools on me... But i did peel it back a bit and found this plug, what is it and where should it go?? Also, pushed all connections under bonnet that i could see and now the engine management light is on, grrr, this car has gets more faults by the day...

Oh, its from in front of the nearside front wheel, behind the bumper (almost directly below the fog light which works)...

Passenger side?

looks like it could be the external air temp sensor, should be mounted to inside of the bumper
