Featured Replies

Hi Folks , does the bolero head unit in the FL 2010 Octy vrs have a rear "CD Changer" connection ?

No CD changer connection because it has its own internal 6 disk changer.

Yep, thats what i suspected, so these ipod kits that connect via cd changer connection are no use to me. ah well will have to look at other alternatives. Cheers

Just tried to have a denison fm modulator fitted. Told that fm connection is wrong its a double connection on the bolero but single on denison. Anyone any idea's?

I have an ipod adapter from my A3 - the quadlock currently has the Aux in plugged in to it. - I plugged the iPod adapter instead at works great - same could be said for the cd changer.

Why would you though?

6 cd changer built in

Am also trying to find an alternative way to fit bluetooth cos cant afford £250-£300 :'(

Got the wiring sorted. The Dension is being fitted on Friday. Will post resualts.

Another Question / advice.

Im seriously thinking of having this fitted just to give a small bass boost to the radio as I listen to heavy Rock music mainly.

Blaupunkt THb200A active subwoofer speaker

However not having the car yet, i was wondering if anyone could advise if the Bolero has canbus connections on the back, so i can work out if i will need any special connections, or a copy of VAG-Com to install ?
