Anyone else having problems with being told that their fog lights are on?

I love the look of my LEDs on my vRS especially when I see a new Merc with the same lights, but recently I've been told by not very bright types, that I have my fog lights on.

Also the gate guard at my camp (I'm in the Army) told me they were too bright when I approach him at night and asked me if I can turn them off....well I don't want too....cos they look too cool.

Ask him if it was a Mercedes class E or an Opel Insignia or Any of the new Audis, or the new Ford S-Max or Citroen C3 ( vertical LED ) would he also have the same comment.

What, brighter than dipped headlights at night time? They're all just jealous!

At night they dim as soon as the sidelights or dipped beam are used so should not be bright at all.
