I have a 53 plate Octavia 1.6 Blueline - does not have the original battery and cant find any markings.

Any suggestions for best battery?

My 53 plate Octavia was supplied with a Varta battery from new. I have just replaced it with the same. 5 year guarantee.

Varta or Bosch. Go to GSF for a good price.

I had a varta in my last car a Golf. It was the longest lasting battery i ever had. Was still pefect when i sold it 5 years old and 200k. My 08 vRS is fitted with a Banner battery. They seem to be fitted as OEM to variious makes, are they any good?
