Doing things such as spraying the dash and other components

Tempted to have a go...but not sure as if i F it up then it will look poor

I have just recovered the headlining of my estate as it was filthy. I also covered the A-posts and B-posts with the same material. looks really nice and gives a plush factory finish. I'm going to cover the C an D posts (if that's what they're referred to as) with the same stuff. Material was this: http://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/c-93-brushed-nylon.aspx the second one down on the list,- it's a good match for the originial colour too. I just cleaned all the plastic thoroughly and used a high temp spray adhesive. pretty easy really.

I have some black alcantara type material which i'm going to cover the dash with in the same way tonight hopefully... just as soon as i manage to undo the 2 remaining nuts in the engine bay that hold the dash in...

Will try and post some pics once it's done.

Yep, finished and back in the car. looks much nicer than standard. Headlining and A-B-C posts look very plush as well.

Old post i know but i took the plunge and sprayed my interior. Its not the best job in the world but i think that it came out quite decent, couple of bits in the paint here and there but overall not too bad.

Edit- the winder handles are only temp because i have the electric window motors/mechanisms to whop in when i sort them out.
