Does any1 know how to change the wing mirrors?

I attempted to unscrew the 3 screws in the bottom of the door card and as i couldn't see any other screws i attempted to pull off the door card. Unfortunately i only succeeded in breaking the door light :-(.

BTW - Any1 know how where to get a new door light and how to fit it?
