Wheels have Shrunk in the Wash

Featured Replies

Finally got round to putting my Winter wheels and tyres on today. Don't think they look too bad actually. I was worried they would look really small!

they do look really small, lol

Function over Form though

In case you missed the post. Here's mine with Audi A6 16"alloys and 205 55 16 Kumho KW27 Winter Tyres.

Not as nice as yours though

I got mine fitted today too - as per predictions its set to warm up now . . .

I got Nokians and they felt funny at first but they are quiet, really quiet. Higher slip angle I think its is called makes the steering feel less connected but the car feels pretty well stuck to the road and there might be less wheelspin too, car seemed to jump forward pretty quickly.

Hope we get a nice winter but would be nice to see some payback on the tyres though . . . meanwhile peace of mind is of some value.

They look pretty good (for Winters ;))

16s and originally from an Elegance?
