Hi i have dicovered water in my drivers footwell it seems like it has happened when i operate my rear washers i have water coming out of the jet at rear but can here water behind dash does anyone know how i can access the pipes running in this area the car is a octavia elgance 2.0 tdi estate 2010 or should i leave it as a warranty issue ?

Does it have a sunroof. If so, it can be due to clogged drainage pipes of sunroof. Open sun roof, blow air thru the drain pipesusing vaccum cleaner in blower mode and check it out.Please check your a/c blower, because the same water can flood your blower motor also.

i have the same problem with mine sounds like its coming from behind the radio,

spoke to a chap at borders skoda when buying screen wash he told me it is common for it to

go at the bulkhead of the car and is a nightmare to get to but you can get your hands in.

there was a sign at the reception desk stating that washer pipes would not be covered by warranty

if frozen, please check your screenwash levels and add accordingly.
