Dash trim

Hi guys,

I need some help.

I own an Octavia Face lift with a car audio like this:

But i have this:

The problem is that the dash trim is different and the local dealer can't find the right product number!!!!

So guys PLEASE HELP which dash trim (prod No) do i need?
