It is basically the bolt pattern - Not sure exactly what PCD stands for but probably circular diameter is the CD bit. It basically means if you draw a circle around the wheel, the diameter is the "100" bit and the 5 is the number of bolt holes. The line which the "100" is based on always goes exactly through the middle of the bolt holes.

Its means "Pitch Circle Diameter" and the hole centres are equi' spaced on the diameter unless otherwise specified.
