Hello all,

I have recently bought an 03 fabia and want to change the radio.

I have bought a pair of the removal key things but when i insert them into the slots nothing happens, and i cannot pull the radio out. They only go in about a cm, is that right?

I have searched google and any instruction i find says to insert the keys into the two slots on one side first and then the other. The problem is there is just one slot either side.

Any advice would be greaty appreciated.

If you have the right keys, they should go in further than that I think. Then lift up a little and pull...

Recently had same problem, if its the symphony cd player like mine was, you need the kenwood keys i think they are. These go into the slots and push the pins on the stereo in. To get a hold of the stereo itself i popped off the side trims and a couple of the fake buttons above, came straight out should be easier bit there was a little bump in the plastic blocking he clip on mine.
