Been over my neighbours this weekend trying to get his son setup on eggbox live

He has the above router as supplied by virgin, trouble is it refuses point blank to connect to live

The connection to the router is there no problem

Anyone got any tips ???

Only thing I can think of based off trying to set mine up with the Virgin router was the DMZ/port forwarding - but assuming you've tried that?

How far does a connection test on the 360 get? Mine would connect to the router I think, and then fail.

Sorted this with a quick reset of the egbbox ........all done
