Does the vRS come with a litre of oil in a container that is 'velcro'ed' into the boot.

Just wondered as my Mazda had a litre of oil in the boot in one of those plastic oil holders that holds a litre of oil and then its velcro'ed to the side of the boot to stop it rolling around ?

Got the impression from this forum that when new the engine will need a top up or two and does the dealer supply this with the car ?
