Do I or Don't I?

Featured Replies

Any thoughts out there in Briskoda land. I currently have an OctyII prefacelift L&K 2.0 TDI DSG, previous to that I had a MK1 Fabia vRS which was a great car but a little under equipped for my liking. Now that Skoda have included the vRS in the 0% VAT deal I'm wondering whether I should take the plunge and trade in my Octy which will be 2 years old in april for a new Furby, speccing it with most of the options like climate, cruise, elec rear windows, projector headlights with washers, heated seats etc. Does anyone think I'm mad?

I say go for it if that's what you want :) The vRS is a bit different to an L&K in terms of the L&K being a very luxurious softer car and the vRS being harder and a bit more sparse with equipment, but you will sort that out with a few added extras. You also have a bit of cachét with the old L&Ks cos there aren't that many around! :) I wouldn't change mine for a vRS but everyone is different!

Much mnore fun to drive, amazing grip on roundabouts, superb in traffic, relaxed and quiet when commuting and rapid when out to play - I went from Octy Vrs II to one and so far so very good!
