Featured Replies

Okay go easy here I am new and am considering buying the vRS estate and thinking ahead am wondering if I should install http://www.alloywheels.com/product.asp?P_ID=2411&V_ID=146648&strKeywords=5x100%20et30,5x100%20et33,5x100%20et35,5x100%20et37,5x100%20et38,5x100%20et40,5x100%20et42,5x100%20et45,5x100/57-1%20et35,5x100/57-1%20et38,5x100/57-1%20et40,5x100/57-1%20et42,5x100/57-1%20et45&strSort=Low&Make=Skoda&Model=Fabia&strSize=all 18 inches and if I should lower the car over all. I live in London and need the car to carry four people and handle well. I know Skoda skim where they can to save dollar, albeit to pass it on to us, but if I can improve the ride what can I do that will maximise it.

Thanks

Simon.

The ride is a little firm, but no overly so..IMO..

Fitting 18" wheels will make it a lot harder

I would leave it as it is TBH

18s would be risky I think. Especially if you care at all about rideability :p

Liking the sound of 215's though. Be interested to know how much extra grip/handling it would give.
