Cruise control

Featured Replies

right guys bit off a odd one here i am picking my new vrs up two moro and i went to the deal on wednesday to see the car, i asked the dealer if they could fit Cruise control know they did this on my old one at the dealer. he said yes no problem then got a a call today saying skoda want allow this to happen out side the factory has to be added on when cars built.. any one know why this may be the case?

tom

i was told the same. Its not an option on the new skoda accessories either. yet if you look at all the older models its available to be retrofitted

I've heard that retrofitting it to the vRS is a 'dash-out' job which is why it is only available from factory order. Don't know if this is true but if it was I certainly wouldn't go there -car will never be quite the same again, lots of rattles etc.
