This is my first post over on BRISKODA,net. I currently drive a Revo remapped Seat Leon cupra R 225. But i am pretty sure ill put a deposit down today on a new vrs.

spec will be as follows:

Im fed up of the running costs of my leon and have always wanted a brand new motor.

The only changes to this spec are cruise control will be removed and sat nav will be added. This is the price i have been quoted from carfile.net

What do you think.

Might be worth going and talking to a main deeler direct, they have some pretty good offers and they may throw one or 2 of those thing in for you

DM Keith in Bradford have a demo in that spec give them a call . not too far from you

its going to be just under 14k with all my extras. I spoke to a local skoda dealer and they said they couldnt match the price. might be worth ringing a few more though like you said. have people on here got a better deal than this?

i drove a estate version a few days ago as thats all my local dealer had in and i really liked it.. I love the dsg. what mpg are you guys actually getting? anywhere near the quoted 45mpg?

The only other thing im not completely sure about is the colour scheme it will either be red with black wheels. or a black car with silver wheels. I really cant decide.

Black seems quite uncommon from what people on this forum have ordered. Can't remember the reasons why people didn't go with black. Lots go for the black roof though. Pictures of colour combinations on autotrader and the vRS review thread in this forum though. Have a gander

Seems quite a few posts on black were based on people having to keep cleaning it for minor dirt and dust saying it looks bad quickly.
