Two weeks in Austria

Featured Replies

Just returned from a couple of weeks in Austria.

Saw this car in the dealers in Kufstein. It's a genuine registration.

Saw quite a few Yetis along the journey but most seemed to be 2-wheel drive versions, unless they'd been de-badged.

Further respect for the Yeti. As a real life car, it never fails to impress me. 2000 miles, 45 mpg, easy 80 - 90 cruising and comfort.

Perfect!

Let me just get my head round this, you spend two weeks running round Austria and all you post is a picture of a Yeti on a dealers forecourt?? :dull:

So let me get my head round this, you spend 2 weeks in Austria with your Yeti and all you post are pictures of mountains? None of your SM? Tsk tsk.

;)

Drove to Austria last winter in my Volvo V50 ... and that's one of the reasons I've recently traded it in for "Betty the Yeti" :D

Glad to hear you had a good trip ... it;s Chamonix this year for me in a few weeks time ... sounds like I've made the right choice of car.

We drove into Austria for a few hours last year, might do again this year, who knows, fantastic country with some great roads B)
