ANY ONE TELL ME HOW SKODA PLUGS ARE REMOVED WITHOUT BREAKING? i assume there is a small block retaining it in the square hole there are a few vw type with the sliding clip but most seem awkward to remove or have i just had a bad day

Ive broken millions of them problem is they go brittle

I try using a screwdriver to release them

But some are a right pain

From memory you push the plug on a bit more (compressing the rubber seal) then flick the tap it the rectangular hole with a small flat bladed screwdriver then they pop apart

for future reference sorted it the little oblong hole on the side not the square one,put something small in it and lever it back it then pulls off awkward to do in tight spot but it works i assumed it would be through the hole on top but its not its through the side

The connectors are very good. They don't become loose and they are easy to unlatch when you know how.

Just insert a screwdriver into the correct opening and turn.

This is the lug that holds the connector in place (see A - the shape means they are easy to push on and impossible to pull off).

When you know how and yes they are all inviting i like holes
