Slight Vibration

Featured Replies

Asking for folks experience. Fitted new Toyo tyres 750 miles ago, having wrecked a front tyre in a pothole. Relaced all four as they were all reaching their end. Absolutely delighted with the tyres, they have great grip in wet and dry. The issue I have is the car seems to have a slight vibration around 75 - 85mph. I had the front wheels re-balanced and to be fair it has made little difference.

Could it be the tyres? Could it be something mechanical from the pothole? Could it be the rear tyres, not balanced well enough. Previous experience with banacing always effected around 60mph.

Any suggestions? As I say it is slight and I am know I am fussy. Is this a trade off to get grippy good feeling tyres?

Think its the rear wheels. Getting re balanced tomorrow. Will update.
