hi the front tyres on my vrs are wearing on the inside edge so i'm going to get the wheel alignment checked next week ,so can anyone tell me what the correct toe in /toe out and camber etc settings should be for a standard vrs, and can the camber be changed? i've done a search but found different figures

No only front tracking can be adjusted and thats it,

Everything can be checked on a 4 wheel alingment though

Rear camber can be changed but it takes a specialist to do it by shimming. Don't know what your location is but Unit 18 near Northampton is one such place, and a site sponsor to boot! :-)
