Hi all I need help..tried searching the forums but can't find anything..

I have Skoda superb 04 reg 2.5 tdi... D car came with steering wheel controls which works fine with the original cd changer..however I have changed that to Sony mp3 player and the audio controls don't work anymore..can't use cruise control as well.

Please advise where can I get stalk control to get the buttons working..thanks in advance

You wont be able to use the steering wheel controls with the sony mp3 player...unless there is a special kit that will enable you to do so. Do you know if sony do a remote control for the mp3 player that you have? If i remember correctly, sony did a remote that screwed onto the steering wheel and you had a remote sensor, that enables to control the mp3 player...as for the cruise control, it should work, mine did when i put in a blaupunkt rome sat nav in my car, but the audio controls were rendered un usable..hope this answer's you question.

The cruise control is separate to the audio control. Changing the stereo shouldn't affect it.

All the cruies control buttons are on the left hand side of the wheel. You use the top one to increase speed or resume, the bottom left to decrease speed or set speed and the right hand bottom one to cancel
