Does anybody know if it is posible to move you're climatecontrol down into the ashtray in a octavia. so we have room to build in a 2 din display and a 1 din radio for example?

The climate control section is just a DIN sized box on the end of some cables , so it would be quite easy to move it.

If you unclip the surround you can see where the screws are to hold it in place. Just lundo them and it lifts out
