Try some APC that does'nt have bleach in, use warm water and a sponge and dab it.

Difficult if they are oil stains of some age. Try APC first and if that doesn't work you could try a domestic type steam cleaner.

Oi little update.. Stain devil and scotchguard Apulstery cleaner has helped loads.. im waiting for the whole lot to dry off then another go.. Seats have improved loads just on the first bash
