hi.. iv juat got an octavia vrs and got the forge spliter dump valve on yesterday, i canot get it to ajust by turning the top it is solid, do they come set in the middle or all the way to one side ?? the mamagement light is on and i think it may be set to slack but as i said i canot get it to move ? will it damage my engine driving it like this ??

just turn it by using the castle shaped top, helps to remove the little vacuum pipe on the top as this will turn around with it.

Turn it all the way to the left ALL the way, the valve will then be at its slackest setting

I rang up forge and they said

VRS standard car with standard map = 16 clicks from furthest left clockwise

i think it must be falty coz iv got it off and im sat with it now and i cannot get it to move in any direction, on the castle top part there is 4 small holes and just to one corner of them there is a bit of silver whitch looks like it should be sat on them and maybe the top is on wrong ?? im no weekling but it just wont budge.

It is 2 clicks to every 1/4 turn. so it will click every 1/8th alternating whether you can see the screws through the holes
