I am going to change the rear discs on my octavia 1,6i (2005). Is it only necessery to remove caliper and pads before changing the discs ?

Why are you just changing the discs, wait till you change pads also because the worn pads may cause damage to the new dics

Just the calipers, nothing else, quite a quick job. You'll need a clockwise wind back tool for retracting the pistons. Haynes and a few other places reckon you can get away with just circlip pliers... but when i did my wee Golf's (similar calipers) there was no way circlip pliers would have done the job.
