Bolero - CAN/BAP?

Featured Replies

Recently fitted a Bolero to my 2006MY and upgraded the CAN Gateway.

All works fine, but I have the following issues, same as others have experienced.

No Audio display on Maxidot - is this because the latest models are BAP only? I have seen posts about disabling BAP on the Columbus, anyone know how to do it on the Bolero?

Screen Brightness - fine at night (in fact too bright) - very dim in the day. If I turn the headlights on and off it sticks with the night time brightness which is brighter than the daytime, but still not bright enough? Anyone know if this is fixable?

MFSW volume controls don't work, but nest/previous track and mute buttons do? So it looks like the inner two buttons on each side on the MFSW work, but not the outer two? Anyone got any ideas?

We couldn't see any options in VCDS for the MFSW or the CAN/BAP settings when we were coding the Gateway - (that was Mike Holroyd who kindly did the coding.)

Are the CAN/BAP settings in the hidden menu? If so, how do you get to it?

Any help appreciated.
