Maybe one for me too

Evening all,

My name is Alex and I'm an carcoholic.

Currently the proud owner of an import nissan 350Z which I love to bits and member of the 350Z-UK forum. Previous cars where: in Italy (where I'm from ) fiat Y10 and ford KA in the UK: Escort, VW Golf GTI stage 2 and now the Z.

Due to a change of circustances I'll be looking to down grade in the next few months and the MK1 Fabia VRS is on my list.

I'll have a look around here but my basic questions for now are, MK1 or MK2, what's best and why? how easy is to increase the bhp in both models and at what figure could I be looking at? what can be done for the lack of steering feel at high speed ( heard of few reports on the MK1 )

Had a look around in the last couple of days to get a better idea and couple of info, couple of question for you, is it worth going for a limited edition MK1? I like the idea of having the cruise control and leather seats but are those good "bucket" type seats or is it worth going for cloth and go for aftermarket? Are the "bigger" sportier front bumpers only on the limited editions?

Any link on good, known and reliable tunning garages around the bucks area and aftermarket body parts shops?

Last but no least, my other half gave the thumbs up to the Fabia the other day, seems that we might have found a car that we both like

Thanks in advance for the help

Alex
