Hi,

I’ve recently started to hear a really loud squeal coming from the front of the car. First I thought it was the front discs as they had very deep grooves in so I assuming it was a stone. I changed them but it’s still happening. It only happens after 40/50mph and after I’ve been driving for around 5 mile at that speed. When I brake the squeal stops. Does anybody have any ideas what this could be ?

Hey! Currently doing subwoofer wiring and I was wondering, where would be the best place to put my subwoofer remote wire. I would prefer to keep it in the boot of the car. If you guys have any experience, let me know.

A few months ago, I posted here about rust appearing on the panel around the fuel filler area on my car. Upon closer inspection, this rust had started on the rear side of the panel and penetrated through to the outside. The car is a 2014 Citigo SE with only 20k miles showing. After a lot of back and forth conversations with Skoda, they finally inspected the car in July 2018 and agreed it was a manufacturing defect. The car was taken to an approved body shop where it remained for over a month

I'm trying to troubleshoot a niggle with my 2006 Octavia VRS, that only happens when starting the car after it's already warm. I'll try get a decent video/audio of the symptoms as soon as I can, but wondered/hoped if anyone would recognise the problem from a brief description. Octavia VRS 2.0 TFSI / MK2 2006 / EA113 / BWA / Manual / 123k miles / Stage 1 remap. 2-3 second stumble/chugging sound when engine is started whilst already being warm/recently used. Hi all, My first post here. I recently bought an Octavia wagon/estate on near impulse after my previous car was in an accident. It is 110kw / 250Nm with 8-speed torque converter auto (non-DSG) and the compliance plate says that it can tow 1500kg, GVM is 1883kg and GCM 3383kg & (I think) 80kg max towball download. I have a boat/trailer that I would like to tow. The boat was apparently built to be 750kg so that, at the time, the trailer could get away with no brakes. I haven't ever put it o
