I'm looking to get an uprated suspension on my Fabia vRS and wondered what lowering springs I should invest in. I would go for coilovers, but cannot afford them at this moment in time.

Please can you suggest any makes of springs including prices and where to get these?

ive just a had qoute on my roomy 4 coils springs kw a round 150.00 quid they say these are the best make

Eibach springs from the following shops:

Eibach and kw are top makes.

Out of interest, from what I know, if you're buying lowering springs you should always invest in uprated dampers to go with them. Is that correct? Although I know plenty of people who just have the lowering springs so I guess it doesn't comprise the ride that much.
