Suspension - Skipping over bumps

Featured Replies

Been out with a few Advanced drivers today and had a couple of comments on how well the furby handles. One of my personal feelings is on some bumpy corners when driving "briskly" can result in the odd skip across the bumps.

So out of interest what can cause this? Im guessing it's damper related as from my understanding this is the major component that controls body movement. So is it bump, rebound, high speed, low speed related or something totally different?

Very simply, yes ~ its the damping, rebound rates, and ride height (due to articulation of suspension)

There is always a comprise between hard suspension for flat surfaces, and softer setup for bumpy surfaces

This is what you need! B)
