Spoke to a franchised dealer today re trading in my race blue FL 2011 CR vRS hatch with a few extras. They offered me £14k, yes that's right £14! :no:

Their explanation comes down to 'possible new car deals as of 2nd May' where a brand new CR vRS would be 'in the region of £17k!

This timing seems to tie in with the extension to the current VAT free offer on petrol models from 31st March to 2nd May.
