Having just attempted to pair my phone for the first time, on pressing Setup then Telephone, the only option available was " restore to factory default" a couple of others being greyed out. No sign of the phone pairing sub menu - any ideas please.(Elegance with Columbus)

Thanks for that, all is okay now via the Maxidot's menu. Thought it could be paired using the Columbus unit direct, guess that would be too easy :wonder:.

I have just taken delivery of my Yeti 170 Elegance and am struggling with this. I did it in seconds on my Octavia L&K.

Basically I just cannot find the maxidot menu options "phone" followed by "search for phone".

I thought I was familiar with all aspects of maxidot but this is eluding me to the extent than I am wondering if the bluetooth option is indeed on my car ??

Can someone please give me the exact maxidot sequences to try before returning my car to dealer

Thanks for that. Yes I do have the phone button on MFSW. I rang dealer after reading your helpful reply and they asked me to come in which I did immediately. They also could find no trace of phone menu on the maxidot (sort of to my relief). A bit of discussion between sales staff and technicians as to whether the Elegance model had bluetooth as standard - it was agreed that yes it did - and then the person who did the PD check said that he had noticed a fault code saying no bluetooth detected. So Skoda to be contacted as to what to do about it and car to be brought in to be sorted at our mutual convenience.

Isn't it funny how the dealers don't seem to know what a car has as part of its standard equipment. At least you're getting it sorted.
