I've owned a 2007 Roomster since October. I must confess I wasn't looking for a Skoda but we needed a suitable machine for two mad Springer Spaniels! The Roomster was at a secondhand car dealer near here (Westbury Wiltshire) and after driving it we decided it was fine for our needs. It's a basic spec 1.4 petrol but after 6,000 miles I think it's great, apart from the fact that the radio doesn't work. One of the spaniels has also chewed the rear nearside seatbelt and I can't find another for love nor money.

I'm used to the performance now as it's fairly leisurely but a little quicker than our 1969 VW Bay Camper.
