I need to remomove the wheel arch trim from the front drivers wing of my scout to allow a paint repair to be carried out. Does anyone know if the trims are clipped on or held on by some form of adhesive?

I think it's just adhesive. We have one at work and one of the trims is coming loose at the back edge and it seems to be glued.
