Skoda Aprroved Used Cars

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I'm aware of the benefits of buying a used car from a Skoda main dealer i.e. 1 year warranty, 1 year breakdown and all checked over etc.

I understand that you can pay the £299 for 2 year servicing plan.

Does anyone know the details of extending the warranty i.e. how long you can extend it for and cost etc.

Thanks,

Dougall

Was quoted £330 for one year's extended warranty from DMKeith Bradford, forgot to ask if it included breakdown cover though.

Edit: didn't bother with it in the end as the main reason I would've wanted it would be to cover the ESP/ABS issue, a fix for which has since come out at a tenth of its original cost.

Thanks - so basically for £330 it extends the warranty another year, giving you 2 years cover in total.

As a matter of interest, can it be extended further?

Iirc it can be extended until your car hits 6yrs/60k.
