blue smoke on tdi pd

I have another question, if anybody know.

If I took down turbo pipe from egr and push the gas pedal, I got blue smoke from the egr.I check timing with vcds which is 0.5 kw.If I move this to +3.0 kw, blue smoke almost dissapear.Is it somethin wrong with injector or is timing - the fuel is injected too fast into cylinder?

The engine is 1.9 tdi pd 77kw.
