Hmmmmmmm....your unit has 4 channels (front and rear drivers and passenger side...like most headunits) each one with a max output of 50w. What/where are your speakers going?? Are they bass, mids, or tweeters???? B)

Well i have 4 standard positions

And i was thinking of squeezing another 2 in somewhere

There mids i believe just 4" speakers

Not on a fabia btw

On my car I have 8 seperate speakers in total.....1 bass/mid (25w to 30w), and one tweeter (15w) per channel (4 channels)...so the max I am loading is 35w + 15w = 45w.......and head unit is a 4x50w output so as 45w is less than 50w I'm ok!!!

You can put the speakers where ever you want.....just remember that there are only 4 speaker inputs (rear passenger side, rear drivers side, front passenger side, front drivers side) and each one can only support a max of 50w!!! The head unit might also have an input for a "sub woofer" single channel signal output to an amplified sub (I know mine does).

I presume that the 25w are bass/mids.......one set in front door...one set in rear door......15w are tweeters...one set in dash top....might need a set of tweeters in the rear side fixed panels next to parcel shelf to shift sound stage better!!! What car is it in??? B)
