When you take the ignition key out the interior light comes on, a nice feature on the vRS (the old TDi didn't have this). It, however, doesn't stay on long enough for me, out of interest can this be changed?

My old (2001) TDi has this :P How long do you need it to stay on for - mine stays on for ages (30 seconds?) or until the car is locked. May be configurable via VAG-COM, but it's been a while since I looked......

Don't understand why it can't simply stay on until either the engine is restarted or the car locked - it does turns off if you're quick enough to get out and lock the car at the moment. Anyway I suppose it's about 15-20 seconds (I'll have to measure it now!) at the moment, I want minutes!
