Hi every one, i looking of have my 2004 1.8t VRS mapped, i have the following mods,

2.5" Turbo back Custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, (NOT POWERFLOW, lol)

Apexi AVC-R boost controller,

N75 and N249 bypassed and resistors fitted (no fault codes)

Jabba Sport induction kit

Forge FMIC

Forge Split-r Valve running both recir/atmos

Forge TIP

Forge Acturator set to 9 PSI

ABD Intake manifold

18" rs4 reps

Tarox 6 pot brakes with 323mm disks

Weitec Hi-con GT coil overs

And some more i've missed

The car drives fine and has covered 84,000miles, 40k of these have been done by me. The car has wanted for nothing and has a very good service history and has recently had a new cam belt and water pump fitted.

I would like it Custom mapping and the second lambda mapping out?? Can Jabba Sport do this and want power could it make with these mods, and costs for this work???

You should be looking at around the 240bhp (maximum for the ko3s turbo) mark I would've thought.

Mods look good! Don't expect any gains from having the ABD inlet though, they're just for show!

I'm sure Michael can map out the post cat sensor, decat by anychance?... You're best off giving them a call and double checking though!

Thanks Steve for the reply, 240 would be good. I've had the car 2years now and always wanted it chipping but believe in hardware before software! The manifold claim an increase of +15bhp for a mapped car which i thought was a bit high, i would expect maybe 3-5bhp gain. i compared the two standard and abd, the abd is the same size from cyl 1 to 4 where the standard one slightly reduce's size from cyl 1-4 so would of thought it'll make a small difference?? But it does look good under the bonnet

i do have photo's Liam lots in fact, from when i got it thought to now, like a progress monitor. But i need to host them and remember how to post on the forum

Ive just had mine done by shark and had n112 and 249 plus sai mapped out, also got him to map second lamba out so it can be done,

I was going to wait to get mine done i was sick of having warning light on, even with resisters in place. So i opted into group buy and had it done last month
