i need to activate my cruise control i just fitted.. but my download of vag-com 409.1 wont talk to the car....

O... it did ask what port and i clicked on each until it let me save an answer.. port 3 it was ...

it says.. NO response from controller

i tried all 4 poer tests and it only works on port 3 no matter where i plug the usb in whichever USB port.. makes no difference.. always says ok on 3 ... then wont do sod all else

I've had this happen before, it was a while back, but I think if you uninstall & reinstall the program it'll start communicating again. Try google if that doesn't work as thats where I found the solution.
