Octavia mk1 Rear Bushes

Hi, I am looking into having the rear subframe bushes replaced following a thread I placed on here, but upon looking into it I have found there are 69mm and 72mm bushes for sale, is there a way to confirm what size my car is. I have found these two performance bushes on ebay and having had use there bushes before I would recommend them, hence I want to use them again for the rear subframe.

I have only owned the car for 4 months and am used to Mazda standard sizes, and have quickly found that VW/Audi have multiple sizes and it seems rather confusing :( , but I'm sure I will get my head round it.
