Back to the VRS game

Its been 18 months since I sold my Fabia VRS due to being given a boring company car for a while and I am now looking at buying an Octavia VRS as the company car has to go back soon.

I haven't got loads of money so looking for something up to about 5 years old.

Any pointers on what I should look out for on one of these? I am probably going to go for petrol due to the extra power and because I don't do that many miles any more. Would prefer an estate, but they seem pretty rare, so will probably just go for the hatch.

Any tips/suggestions welcome.
